Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all items in your order. In such cases, we will:

  • Fulfill the available products and

  • Contact you to confirm whether you would like to wait for the backordered item or receive a refund for the unavailable product(s).


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.

  • Payment for shipping is collected at the time of purchase.

  • This amount will be the final shipping cost charged to you.


3. Returns

3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

Noorza gladly accepts returns due to change of mind, provided that:

  • You submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your item, and

  • The item is returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, and customers must arrange their own shipping.

Once your return is received and accepted:

  • A refund will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

  • We will notify you by email once the refund is processed.

Please note: Shipping costs paid with the order are non-refundable.


3.2 Warranty Returns

Noorza will honor valid warranty claims if submitted within 90 days of receiving the item.

  • Customers must pre-pay the return shipping.

  • Upon a successful claim, we will reimburse your return shipping cost.

Once your item is received and the warranty claim is verified (within 7 days), you may choose one of the following:

  • Refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Replacement item (subject to stock availability)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments typically take 2 - 7 days in transit.

4.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change to your delivery address any time before your order has been dispatched.

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping

We can ship to P.O. box addresses via postal services only. Courier services are not available for these locations.

4.5 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS but cannot provide courier delivery to these addresses.

4.6 Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the item becomes available. In-stock items in your order will be reserved for you.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery time exceeds the estimated window, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.


5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress using the latest updates from the shipping provider.


6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

  • If a parcel arrives damaged and you are present at the time of delivery, please reject the parcel and contact our support team.

  • If the parcel was delivered without you present, contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is already included in the price of goods as displayed on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply and are payable upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by country. Noorza advises you to verify these costs before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival:

  • The goods will be returned to Noorza at your expense.

  • You will be refunded the value of the goods, minus the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy.


9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.

9.1 Damaged Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier completes their investigation.

9.2 Lost Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
